All decisions regarding the hiring and employment of STEP graduates and all terms and conditions of job duties shall be at the discretion of the participating BMW/MINI Center. Participation in this agreement does not constitute an employment contract between the participating BMW/MINI Center and the STEP graduate; therefore, the participating BMW/MINI Center is not obligated to retain any STEP graduate in its employment. Each STEP graduate and BMW/MINI Center must follow the same guidelines as any employed technician at the BMW/MINI Hiring Center. All employment agreements will be between the STEP graduate and the BMW/MINI Center. BMW NA is not a party in any agreement between the BMW/MINI Center and STEP graduate thereafter.
